Tomasz Skuza

He started his professional career in 2002 in Warsaw-based company Ober-House. Since 2004 he had worked for Echo Investment gaining experience in office and retail real estate management working as a regional manager and portfolio manager. Between  2013 and 2016 he gained more knowledge and experience while working as Transaction Manager and taking part in selling Echo Investment projects, as well as participating in due diligence process related to the sale of Echo Investment shares to Griffin Real Estate, PIMCO, and Oaktree.

He joined EPP management as Head of Integration Operations – Portfolio Manager where he supervises takeover and implementation of new projects bought by EPP while supervising their proper operational functioning.
