Roksana Białecka
Roksana started her career in sales over 18 years ago in the first shopping center at Lower Silesia – Galeria Dominikańska. She was responsible for creating and developing customer awareness of such foreign brands as Zara, Orsay, Mötivi, Vero Moda, and Camaieu, as well as Polish brands like Tatuum and Gino Rossi. Thanks to the fast-growing retail market during that period as well as her ability to quickly respond to the changing environment, for the next nine years Roksana held various managerial positions. In June 2014 she joined ECHO as a Retail Manager.
Her 14 year-experience as well as her involvement in her work, allow her building and strengthening strong relations with the tenants as well as provide them operational and training support. These activities made Roksana an expert in training in such areas as sales, VM, and business as well as a great analyst of KPI indicators of the whole portfolio of commercial properties owned by EPP.
