Patrick Indringi aka Salvado

Salvado real names Patrick Idringi is an Engineer (Telecommunications), Comedian, Actor and Radio presenter on the number 1 radio Station in Uganda 91.3 Capital Fm realized his Comedy talent in 2009 after coming second in MNET reality TV series dubbed Stand-up Uganda.

Salvado is co-founder and Director of THE CRACKERS a stand-up comedy outfit that has weekly shows in Kampala and has over the years since its creation become the best group in town boasting of weekly sold out shows.

He quit his Engineering Job at MTN in 2011 where he was working as a switch Engineer to concentrate on his new found passion a decision that paid off because since then he has become one of the most sought after Comedian and MC to perform at major shows.

Some of the shows include
– Hosting Sean Kingston, Beenieman, Sean Paul, PSquare, Konshens, Busy Signal concerts,
– Hosted Miss Uganda 2011 & 2012 and so many corporate end of year Parties.

Salvado has had international tours to the UK where he performed at the Ugandan UK convention in September 2012, he took part in the famous Nite of 1000 Laugh shows in Kampala, Nairobi and Lagos, and was invited as the only act to Curtain raise The James Ingram show in Nairobi.

Other appearances have included being part of the lineup that made up the Stand-up Africa show in South Africa in Feb 2013 alongside Africa’s top Comedians, The Presidents of Laughrica show in Malawi and the Kings of Comedy show in Kigali Rwanda. Then his mega deal that saw him fly to Nigeria every weekend for the months of November and December to be part of the Glo Laftta Fest Tour that took places in all the major states in Nigeria.

Salvado Idringi will be a special guest comedian and co-MCee at this year’s Ugandan Diaspora Social Networking Gala to be held on Monday 30th December 2013 at Kampala Serena Hotel.
