Prins

The comedian formally and informally known as ‘Prins’ is one of the hottest up and coming comedians in South Africa. He has in the short space of 4 years risen to comedy heights performing alongside notable acts such as Loyiso Gola, Deep Fried Man, Chris Forrest etc. He is active as a performer (playing iconic stages such as the Lyric Theatre and Comedy Central’s Live at Parkers Comedy Club) and as a director, having staged 3 successful collaboration shows at the National Arts Festival in 2014 & 2015. His material has been described as innovative and funny for the whole family.

In 2015 Prins won the Parkers comedy and Jive “Comic-Kazi’ Competition and was a runner up in the Comedy Central ‘Grab the mic” Competition for up and coming stand up talent.

He also was the winner of the Jokenation international Competition and got the chance to perform for a sold out crowd at the international Jokenation Gala in Montreux Switzerland at The Montreux Comedy Festival, the biggest comedy festival in Europe.

Prins has MCed for top brands such as Santum, The Ombudsman and ACE Maize meal activations as well as for and many other corporate events, he is a polished and well presented MC.
