David Ekabouma

David Ekabouma joined AGF as the Chief Internal Controller and was subsequently promoted to Deputy, then Head of Business Development. He supports the business development activities, with the main role of developing new and existing products, including and not limited to structured finance. He leads the thinking of the new products/propositions, on-going appraisals of existing propositions and effective product pricing in Kenya.

Before joining AGF, David Ekabouma was a Partner at Malea Consulting LLC, offering financial Advisory Services, Advisory Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers based in New York, USA and Audit Senior Manager with Deloitte, based in Paris France.

David has extensive international experience in development finance, auditing and optimizing business performance across multiple industries and sectors. He led cross-border GAAP to IFRS conversions, along with worldwide audits of leading multinationals companies and multi-millions US dollars Mergers & Acquisitions in Europe and the US.

David has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance and Accounting Option) from the University of Orleans (France) and is also a Certified Public Accountant (France).
