Josh Panknin

Josh Panknin is a commercial real estate professional with 10+ years industry experience, including research, acquisitions, financing, bond trading, and full-stack technology development. Josh is adept at detailed research and feasibility studies, acquisitions analysis, structuring debt, mezzanine, and equity financing for commercial real estate, multi-variable sensitivity analysis, preparation of lender presentations and offering memoranda, and negotiations. He is also co-founder of a small commercial real estate investment firm. Josh improved Deutsche Banks’ secondary CMBS real estate credit analysis and valuation platform for securitized commercial mortgages and led the development of an automated property analysis model capable of compiling market data, historical property performance, and valuation sensitivity analysis.
