Mpumelelo Frypan Mfula is a master orchestrator of youth culture in Johannesburg through his work with international brands such as Blackberry and Puma South Africa amongst many other brands who have invested in youth culture. It is through his entrepreneurial journey that he has established projects such as the RHTC retail store, The Playground retail furniture company  and Lets Play Outside festival which have organised one of the largest youth community and talent in Johannesburg
