Warren Prinsloo

Warren Prinsloo, I joined Jasco Electronics Holdings in 2006 as Financial Director. I was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2008 and Acting Secretary in 2017. Prior to joining Jasco Electronics I spent six years with the Massmart group in various financial positions.Warren Prinsloo, I am also a member of the Institute of Directors and qualified as a CA(SA) in 1998. I have a B.Com Honours from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS). Stayed in South Africa.
