Prior to his appointment as CEO of Gold Fields, Mr Holland was the Company’s CFO. He has more than 38 years’ experience in financial management, of which 28 years were in the mining industry. Before joining Gold Fields, he was Financial Director and Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at Gencor.
