Cindy is qualified as a Professional Accountant (SA) in 2005. She started and sold an Accounting Firm after 14 years of success. She later founded a Corporate Governance Firm and has a proven track record of enterprise systems development working with various organisation leaders. Cindy engages at a strategic level of an organization supporting entrepreneurs and executives on their respective mandates serving them towards efficient service/product delivery. As a Corporate Governance Specialist, she works with management and Boards to achieve their strategic objectives. She leads initiatives that have contributed towards increased profits, productivity, and value preservation within her clients’ businesses. Motivated by honesty in behaviour and understanding the gravity of management style to good performance, she has created tools that simplify decision making, enhance the process flows to serve the leaders in keeping the focus on scaling the business towards whatever exit strategy they have consciously adopted. Cindy measures her value by the impact her clients have in their families and communities.
