Sandrine Nzeukou
Sandrine Nzeukou is a dynamic entrepreneur, ecosystem developer and former professional athlete who has made her mark in the worlds of finance and sports. A member of the Class of 2020’s Most Influential People of African Descent, and Founder and CEO of Tessa, a sports business intelligence platform providing media, insights, and marketing, Sandrine is passionate about the revolutionary potential of the African continent. Having partnered with esteemed organizations like Forbes and the National Basketball Players’ Association, world-class athletes including former 2x UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou and NBA Allstar Pascal Siakam, as well as several African governments and Development Finance Institutions, Sandrine seeks to accelerate sustainability-focused growth in Africa’s frontier and emerging sports markets. With experience spanning ecosystem and business development, investment, innovation and social impact, Sandrine supported Invest Africa US in driving over $3 billion worth of capital flow into Africa. In her role as the organization’s first executive director, she drove the strategic vision of the organization and connected Invest Africa’s global network of private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices, Ultra High Net Worth individuals and business leaders leveraging the network’s intentional convening power. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sandrine represented her home country of Cameroon in the 2011 and 2015’s FIBA Olympic qualifying tournaments in Mali and Cameroon and sits on the board of the #1 African sports media platform, Afroballers. Sandrine holds an MBA in Management and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
