General Mthembu

General Thembinkosi Mthembu is the founder and the only director of Mthembu Tissue Converting. The number of years he has worked for the well-known and respected company in the converting business Nampak Tissue has allowed him to gain vast experience in every aspect of the business from being a machine operator to being part of top management. Because of those opportunities given to him and his always eager to learn, hardworking attitude has led to him successfully running Mthembu Tissue Converting.

Mr Mthembu shares the same values and vision of Mthembu Tissue Converting. He believes in constantly improving the staff by giving them the opportunity to train and perfect their craft in their respective field. He understands that the key to a productive and efficient workforce is having people not only know what it is they are doing but also know how to use the time given to achieve their company goals.
