Through Lindsay’s social initiative cycle 4 change, he raises funds to buy books and creates the importance of reading. This is one of the best ways to help children understand something without necessarily having to experience it for themselves. The skill of reading helps to expose them to all types of subjects and concepts, building our children’s understanding of the world outside the home and classroom. This has a direct influence on the child’s worldview.

On a corporate level, he gives practical solutions to middle management staff on dealing with stress, building productive and healthy relationships with junior staff and overcoming negativity & depression. Lindsay is quad lingual i.e. fluent in English, Afrikaans, isiXhosa & isiZulu & conversant in the Sesotho language, this communication skill allows him to engage and reach a wider audience than the majority of communicators especially when engaging Call Centre agents and general staff members at various organisations.
