Randela Phumla holds a BCom Accounting honours degree, She has an advance certificate in Tax technician, and wine making course certificate.

Phumla Randela is a qualified professional accountant from University of Johannesburg & qualified winemaker, she is the founder of Lushaka wealth solutions Pty Ltd, accounting firm and Randela wine.

Phumla Randela represented South African youth on the 26 May 2023 in Egypt at Africa Day Annual Meeting Assembly held in Sharm EL Sheik, she was the panellist speaker, the event was live all over the African continent, more than 5 million people watched her live on television

In 2022 she was chosen by Mail & Guardian as part of their M&G 200 top Young South African.

She is a real trailblazer, a TEDx speaker, an International award winner with international Business Magazine, and an inspirational entrepreneur

She has won South African awards, Positive role model in SA, her companies has won awards as well.

On radio they call her a financial advocate. She motivates business owners to comply. She has been on Metro FM, Radio R2000, Power FM, Motsweding Fm & Mahikeng Fm.

She motivates students to work hard and follow their dreams as part of Guest lecturing at universities. She has been a Guest lecturer at University of Johannesburg, Chef Academy and University of Pretoria.

She says opportunities are right where you are, do it for yourself, no one will do it for you.

She was also the youngest exhibitor at the SA wine expo.

Randela wine is Proudly SA member, Wines Of South Africa and is also part of the export industry.

Lushaka Wealth & Randela Wine are listed in the top 5 under non listed JSE. She employed 20 Young South Africans.

She is a good mentor to the youth and adults in South Africa. She deserves to be on 40 under 40. She is a game changer and intelligent professional. Her business has survived Global pandemic

Phumla works with the University of Johannesburg where she mentors 1st year and second year students.

She grew up in the village, used to walk to school, she had to motivate herself to be where she is now. She had no mentor or no one to lead the road for her.
