RS SCHUR

Ray is a chartered accountant and has served in executive positions with some of South Africa’s leading retail groups including the JD Group and Woolworths Holdings Limited. He served on the Woolworths Holdings’ audit committee until June 2005 and was the chairman of Paramount Property Fund’s audit committee until February 2007. He was the financial director of The Protea Hotels Group.
