RAMANI NAIDOO

RAMANI NAIDOO was admitted to practice as an attorney, notary public and conveyancer in 1998. She has over 15 years’ of experience as a director of companies, having served as a non-executive director on the boards of a number of private and public companies. In a private capacity, RAMANI NAIDOO has been involved in various business ventures and commercial property developments and also has a particular interest and expertise in corporate governance and is a published author in the field. Ramani was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Invicta in February 2014.
