Nicole Duncan

Nicole commenced in the role of Chief People and Legal Officer in July 2017. Prior to that she held the positions of Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. Nicole is accountable for the Human Resources functions across South32, as well as the Company Secretariat, Legal and Compliance teams.

Prior to South32, Nicole was Vice President, Company Secretariat for BHP Billiton. Nicole also held the position of Vice President, Supply, Group Information Management from 2011 to 2013. During her career, she held various legal roles in Australia, the United States and the Netherlands.

Nicole graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of History (Hons).
