Navin Kapila

Navin Kapila was appointed to the board in February 2011. Navin Kapila has over 20 years’ experience in diverse fields including investment, business and product development, and relationship and alliance management. He also has in-depth telecommunications experience and was involved in policy formulation and market deregulation in India. He took on various roles at ICO Global Communications in London, including vice-president of corporate development, vice-president of government affairs and director of business development. He is a special advisor at ITU.
