Dr Mohammed Moosajee

Dr Mohammed Moosajee is currently the Proteas’ Team Manager and Doctor as well as the Consulting Doctor to Kaizer Chiefs Football Club.

Dr Moosajee achieved his medical qualifications at the University of the Witwatersrand (MBBCh degree). He is a former cricket player who captained SA Schools under the aegis of the South African Cricket Board and played for Transvaal from a young age.

Dr Mohammed Moosajee is also a former professional soccer player. On the administrative side, he is a former Chairman of the bizhub Highveld Lions Franchise and a former Vice-Chairman of the Gauteng Cricket Board.

His passion for sport resulted in his studying Sports Medicine later in his career.
