Career and Experience: Ms. Dreyer-Omoregie brings with her a wealth of management and leadership experience and capability from both the private and public sector. Her career at the Bank of Namibia started as Director: Human Resources (2/2008 – 2011) and she currently occupies the position of Director: Payment and Settlement Systems since January 2012. Ms. Dreyer-Omoregie held several senior management HR positions in Old Mutual, Barloworld Namibia and First National Bank of Namibia. Additionally, she also held a Knowledge Management position at NAMDEB. Ms. Dreyer-Omoregie was part of the Editorial Committee for the ‘Celebrating 20 years in Central Banking’ book and serves on various Boards and Committees as well as conducting part-time lecturing at the Namibia University of Science and Technology since 2007.
