GIDEON PETRUS BOUWER is an IT law specialist and the MD of cyberlawforensics, an IT law and cyber crime investigative company. GIDEON PETRUS BOUWER is also the co-founder and MD of gidsigned, which is an electronic signature and compliance company that was founded in 2010. Bouwer specialises in e-commerce compliance and the legal aspects of electronic evidence. He is an attorney (LLB LLM-Information Technology Law) and currently holds senior consultancy positions at Hay & Scott Attorneys and Moore Intellectual Property. He is also a law lecturer.
