KEITH DE SWARDT

Keith has many years of business experience both locally and internationally, having held senior management positions in the banking industry. He also runs his own consultancy business, 4IR Consulting, Where he focuses on leveraging people and technology within the 4IR world to achieve sustainable results.

He is also a senior lecturer at a number of business schools where he specialises in strategy and leadership in this new world of work. As a passionate student of this changing world of business, this has seen him complete various courses at MIT on cyber security, big data and data analytics.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa and an Associate Member of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa.
