Scott Manson

Scott Manson leads Cisco’s Cyber Security Sales and Operations across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey region. With IOT and digitisation at the heart of Cisco’s solution offerings, Manson’s responsibilities include driving a security architecture to facilitate the changing business models in the customer base.

From consultancy, advisory services to products and architectures, Manson runs a team of subject matter experts focused on helping customers realise the opportunities of digitisation and IOT. He is working to forge strong partnerships with Cisco’s channel, ecosystem partners and system integrators, with the goal to design the technology stacks to allow customer to embrace the principals of IOT and digitisation. An open and automated cyber security offering is at the heart of the Cisco customer-led solutions.

Manson joined Cisco in September 2010 as regional manager for Emerging Markets, taking Cisco’s secure next-generation data centre and cloud computing offerings in to the Middle East, Africa and Russian markets.

Over the last two years, Manson has taken this cross-architecture experience to lead a team of sales specialists and consulting engineers to drive innovative solutions around the cyber security domain.

Manson has over 20 years of experience in IT sales and consulting. His technology background includes data centre infrastructure and software, security and management, middleware and application technologies.
