Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva was appointed by President Jacob Zuma to head this institution from 2014 to 2019 when her term ends. Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva, as she is affectionately known, is a former employee of the Commission having headed the Public Education and Advocacy division. SA
