Abdel Ghader Khdeim

Abdel Ghader Khdeim is a young and dynamic change-maker. A university graduate who has dedicated his life to the service of humanity, he has been volunteering to help create a world fit for all since age 8. He has displayed dedication towards community peace and passion for selfless service by ensuring the well-being of young people in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Mauritania, through a mixture of skills in public speech-making, social mobilization, and consensus building. Abdel Ghader Khdeim works for a diplomatic mission in Mauritania while helping to empower young people in his community. He is presently pioneering a community youth-led ‘bin project’ which helps to ameliorate situations where young people have nothing meaningful to engage in. Upon completion of the Fellowship, Abdel Ghader plans to contribute to his Mauritanian society through social entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods for youth. His motto is: ‘We can make the change and it’s possible’. Stayed in Africa.
