Adel Deidré van der Merwe

Adel joined Nova Feeds as procurement manager in 2008 and has over seven years’ experience in the feed industry. She joined Pioneer Foods in 1995. She started out in the corporate finance department but moved to central procurement, where she now has 16 years’ experience. She has spent the bulk of this time involved in raw material and commodities procurement.
