Adrien Diouf
Adrien Diouf is the Managing Director of Agence UMOA-Titres which is a Regional Financial institution dedicated to assisting the eight (8) WAMU member countries in raising funds on the financial markets and to the development of the regional Sovereign Debt markets (MTP).
Adrien Diouf has a wide operational and managerial experience in finance both in West Africa but also in Europe and Canada. After more than 10 years in France and Canada, where he held various positions in the banking and pension funds sector, he returned in Senegal where he joined APIX in Senegal in 2006 and took an active role in the financial structuring of several infrastructures public projects pertaining to the State of Senegal.
In 2008, he joined the Senegalese subsidiary of Ecobank Group as Head of the Investment Banking and Public Sector Department. He was then recruited by Diamond Bank to become the Head of Treasury for the WAEMU subsidiaries until 2012, at which point he moved to Egypt to head the Treasury Department of Afreximbank and then before joining Agence UMOA-Titres in 2014.
Adrien DIOUF holds an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He also has degrees from Université de Paris I in Mathematics and Financial Modeling.
