Aicha Ahmed Ali

Aicha Ahmed Ali holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture, Breeding and Environment from the University of Montpellier (France). Since completing her studies in 2015, she has been working as a Project Coordinator on a project focusing on adaptation to climate change at the Ministry of Environment of Djibouti. Aicha Ahmed Ali works closely with the UNDP, national institutions, NGOs and CSOs to implement project activities for rural communities in the remote areas of the country to make them more resilient to climate change. In the long term, she is willing to make of her country the green cornerstone of the horn of Africa, deeply rooted in the parameters of the sustainable development.
