Ailly Namupala
Ailly Namupala has over five years’ experience in public relations and has a keen interest in community development. Currently, Ailly is employed as a communications officer at the Namibian Uranium Association.She has been involved in mentoring high school learners in career guidance, exposing them to opportunities within the mining industry, with a focus on initiating, designing, and implementing outreach programs. In addition, she volunteers in various community projects including the Swakopmunder Musikwoche and is currently the administrator of the Mascato Youth Choir. Through these development projects she engages, mentors, and organizes youth. Upon completion of the Fellowship, Ailly Namupala hopes to further her studies with a degree in Local Government and Community Development. Her dream is for young Namibians to realize that they have what it takes to become great leaders. She hopes to use her exposure in public management to steer her career towards more community-development projects and ventures.
