Following a successful nine-year period at CB Richard Ellis Limited, one of the world’s largest property advisers, he established Andrew Branch Property Consultants Limited specialising in advising, representing and overseeing clients’ property interests. The range of work undertaken includes formulating and implementing strategy, financial management, identifying asset management opportunities, lettings, acquisitions and sales. He is also a director of various property-owning companies
