Alhaji Awwalu Makarfi

Alhaji Awwalu Makarfi was appointed as a Director of Learn Africa Plc. Besides being a professional Librarian, he has attended numerous on-the-job courses both locally and overseas.

Alhaji Awwalu Makarfi also has a rich experience in the maritime industry and until his retirement in 2006, he was the Director of Administration and Personnel Services at the National Maritime Authority (NMA) and the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency(NIMASA).
