Alixon Herve Ogier Mbandoya

Alixon Herve Mbandoya has over eight years’ experience in various fields in the community-development sector, and youth transformation in particular. Currently, Herve is a president of Youth Movement for Social Cohesion in the Central African Republic, where he focuses on educating, teaching, and planning workshop programs for all communities. He is youth president of one of a political party, and also volunteers at the US Embassy in Bangui teaching, children, the youth, and adults about civic leadership, contract negotiation, and public speaking. Alixon Herve Ogier Mbandoya holds master’s degree in Human Resource Management from BT Group Institute of Ghana. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Herve plans to build a construction training center polytechnic in his community and in other French-speaking countries for the betterment of Africa. He believes strongly in raising a mighty generation which has the vision and potential to improve the nation.
