Almoktar Allahoury

Almoktar Allahoury has worked in corporate consulting for seven years with Accenture Consulting and Performances Management Consulting, and for major firms in Europe and Africa. Since 2013, he has been the CEO of CIPMEN, the first business incubator in Niger which aims to launch successful startups and build a vibrant ecosystem that support entrepreneurs. Almoktar Allahoury holds a Master’s degree in Information System Management from Limoges Engineer School in France. Thanks to this fellowship, Almoktar hopes to continue shaping Niger’s future through entrepreneurship.
