Amaza Ntshanga

Amaza Ntshanga is a South African radio personality born and bred in the beautiful Eastern Cape. I grew up in King Williams Town and I have been a radio enthusiast from as long as I can remember. I am one of many young men raised by strong women and they have groomed me to the God-fearing and gifted man I am today.

He previously hosted the award winning uMhlobowenene ‘Best Midday Show of 2013’ called SjikiLanga (SJL 123) which broadcasts  weekdays from one to three in the afternoon. I have now moved to the afternoon Drive Time Show , Masigoduke. When listening to our show you must feel like we are your reliable best friend right there in your living room or vehicle. Our mission is to bring hope to our listeners..

I knew from when I left high school that I wanted to be a radio broadcaster. I enrolled as a media student at the Boston Media campus and I had my first taste of being on-air on camps radio. Since then a series of great events took me to where I am today. My greatest influences on radio have inspired me to be a great on-air personality; these are the likes of Mbulelo Ngewu and Tich Matazz to name a few.
