Amma K. Ansah
Amma K. Ansah is responsible for the HR function of the Group and its subsidiaries, with regard to strategy, policy development as well as developing talent across the Group to multiply leadership capability to ensure their competitive survival.
Amma K. Ansah holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE) in the UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana.
Prior to joining Enterprise Group Limited, she worked with Standard Chartered Bank in Ghana where she held senior management roles in HR that cut across the various strategic business units of the bank. In 2010, she worked with the Agricultural Development Bank in Ghana, where she spearheaded the formulation, execution and embedding of a performance management system across the bank, which has impacted the bank positively. She also had the opportunity of working with the International Labour Organisation in Geneva on the Infocus Programme on Strengthening Social Dialogue which was an aspect of the “decent work” agenda. She is a resource person and a mentor for Progress Intern and Mentoring Institute (PIMI) where she actively participates in the development students and young people in preparation for the world of work.
