Andrew McMaster, I have been the Financial Director at Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages for the past 23 years. Finance wasn’t specifically my career of choice, but I ended up getting a job at an auditing firm and that was where my path started. Andrew McMaster, I directly care for a team of 65 people who look after finance, admin and IT. I’ve learnt over the years that trust builds confidence, and if you show your team you trust them, it allows them to grow and become the best they can be. My mantra is to “Do the basics brilliantly. If you do that, you will get most things right”. Stayed in South Africa.
