As the Executive Head of Business Development, my responsibilities include facilitating, formulating and tracking the implementation of Exxaro’s strategy as we strive to achieve our true vision and purpose, while creating a new business pillar in the “Materials of the Future” environment. Furthermore, my team and I assist our coal colleagues to establish a robust and optimised coal portfolio via smart investments and divestments, helping establish an optimised Exxaro portfolio and aligning capital allocation accordingly.
