Antonina has diversified 12 years expertise in Strategic management and Financial Management with hands on technical specialization in the functional areas of Banking, Auditing as well as Grants and Program Management.

Antonina has held Executive leadership positions in the Public, Private and International Development Sectors both in Rwanda and Kenya working in Public health, Financial Advisory and Banking Services.

Antonina holds an MBA, B.Comm, ACCA and serves on numerous other Boards including on in the Energy sector.
