Asathi Magwentshu

Asathi Magwentshu is currently a Group Financial Manager for DPAM , responsible for Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts, Interim results preparation and reporting, Preparation of company and group annual financial statements , Liaising with internal and external auditors , Accuracy and submission of tax information to SARS , Monitoring of compliance with group accounting policies and procedures , Liaising with banks with regards to funding requirements, tax consultants and legal practitioners.

Asathi Magwentshu has also worked for a number of financial institutions where she has held positions of Finance Manager and Finance Project Manager, Equity Derivatives. She has been involved in setting up accounting systems, development of policies, Project presentations and Procurement of service providers.
