Athanase Rutabingwa

Athanase Rutabingwa is currently a partner at MRB Attorneys and an a advocate with specialty in Rwandan Commercial law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Banking Corporate Law, labour and land law.

Athanase Rutabingwa is the President of the Rwanda Bar Association, and partly undertakes Company Secretarial work for Hotel des Milles Collines.

Athanase holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from the National University of Rwanda, and recently completed a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the same university.
