Itumeleng Moeletsi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Law) and a Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B) from the University of Johannesburg. She is also a commissioner of Oath and admitted as Advocate of the High Court of South African in 2017. She is the founder of BIM Legal Advisory Services. Itumeleng Moeletsi also holds a Self- Leadership Certificate from the North West University Business School in 2022.
BIM Legal Advisory services prides itself in mentorship, knowledge sharing and uplifting others while on their entrepreneurial journey. BIM Legal Advisory is a company with commercial aspirations, however, where necessary pro bono services are also provided to companies in need of legal advice. Itumeleng Moeletsi is an expert in contract drafting, business legal advisory services and has served as Legal Counsel for firms such as Deloitte, IoT,nxt etc. During the years in corporate, Itumeleng Moeletsi was fortunate enough to have worked for professional services firms that allowed her to gain skills in a variety of sectors and business. She has a startup mind and ambitions of growing the African economy by educating entrepreneurs, mentoring young women and providing excellent legal advisory services.
In 2019, Itumeleng Moeletsi was part of the few who received recognition by her peers being the Deloitte Six Signature Traits of Inclusive Leadership Award at the 2019 Africa Tax and Legal Conference Deloitte South Africa. In 2015, Itumeleng Moeletsi, as a zealous aspiring lawyer, applied as a Candidate legal practitioner at the Soweto Law Clinic. The emphasis was on the development of the ability to think analytically, and instilling an awareness of the practical consequences of applying theoretical legal knowledge. This is while delivering free legal services to indigent members of the public in line with the guidelines of the Law Society of South Africa. During this exercise, she gained experience in eviction, divorce and GBV cases. The amount of people who could not afford access to legal representation left her saddened. BIM Legal Advisory Services was formed to address this particular issue.It provides excellent and affordable legal advice to entrepreneurs of various walks of life.
