Bester Livingstone Chilombo
Bester L Chilombo is a committed public servant with nine years’ experience in Malawi’s civil service. He is currently an assistant director of administration at the Malawian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where his focus is on providing logistical and administrative support. A key component of his work is ensuring that relevant reforms and policies are being implemented. He also takes an active role in his community as a member of groups who lobby service providers to provide much-needed services to his community. Bester holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Bolton with a focus on Public Sector Reforms. Upon completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Bester plans to take on the role of reforms champion in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
