Bestow AKEZE

Bestow joined Lafarge in 2010 and he has held several roles in both the cement and ready mix concrete businesses, mainly in sale/marketing, strategy and operations management at different times.

Bestow AKEZE established and successfully ran the Abuja Area of the Lafarge Ready Mix business from 2014 to 2016, before proceeding to Lafarge Malaysia for a one year development assignment in 2017. Between 2012 and 2013, he was at the forefront of the expansion of the ready mix concrete business to Port Harcourt and eventually Abuja. Prior to joining the Lafarge Ready Mix Concrete, he was Strategy and Market Research Manager for Lafarge Cement, Nigeria & Benin; and before then Marketing Analyst in Lafarge Cement Wapco.

He is currently the Head of Aggregates and Concrete business in Lafarge Africa Plc.

Bestow holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin and MBA  from INSEAD, France. He also attended the Lafarge University JuMP program in 2013.He is married with a wife and 3 Children.
