Bonang Mohale​​

Bonang Mohale​​ was appointed as non-executive director of the Board of Airports Company South Africa in September 2018. 

He is also Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee, a member of the Board Investment Committee, a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and a member of the Board Economic Regulatory Committee. 

Bonang Mohale​​ is currently CEO of Business Leadership South Africa.  He has held senior positions in the private sector within the petrochemical, financial services and facilities management industries. 

He was formerly Vice President and Chairman of Shell South Africa, CEO of Drake & Scull FM SA, Chief Executive of Marketing and of Shared Services and Associated Companies of Sanlam, Executive Vice President of South African Airways (SAA) and MD of Otis Elevators. 

​​​ He holds a Post Graduate Chartered Marketer (CMSA) qualification and is non-executive director for several companies including Swiss Re Life and Health Africa Limited; Hollard Insurance and First Rand Limited, amongst others.
