Bongi Mvuyana

Bongi Mvuyana is the stylish, beautiful and musically talented artist from Pietermaritzburg in South Africa. Her musical sounds are alternative soul, with influences afro-jazz, jazz, alternative pop and world music.

Although new to the musical entertainment industry, the talented Bongi Mvuyana is already accomplished and being hailed as one of South Africa’s rising stars.

Bongi’s debut album, “Dopamine,” including the hit first single “I Wonder,” attains its title from the after effects of love being comparable to the pleasurable, naturally occurring endorphin. The album features both English and Zulu songs with a South-East African flavour but ultimately has intriguing beautiful soul to it.
