Brice Steve Sime

Brice Sime has over seven years of experience in business development and commercial banking in Cameroon. He is currently the Deputy Manager of the main branch of Afriland First Bank. He is responsible for ensuring that the bank achieves its growth and profitability objectives and does so by designing the strategy, managing staff, and monitoring the branch results. Brice Steve Sime previously worked in business development for five years and led several projects to create new products and to improve service quality and efficiency. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique, Yaoundé. Upon completion of the Washington Fellowship, he plans to help tackle the housing shortage in the cities of Yaoundé and Douala.
