Bridgette Morris

Bridgette Morris is the Manager, Innovation and Operational Effectiveness at the City of Cape Town responsible for the development and implementation of innovation programmes and projects to drive customer-centric service performance across the organization and external stakeholders.

Her innovation journey has been mainly within the public sector space in State-Owned Enterprises (The Development Bank of Southern Africa and the Industrial Development Corporation) and now in the local government sphere. She has been instrumental in establishing innovation networks within organisations and providing the tools and techniques to drive innovation in their respective business units.

Her experience within the strategy and innovation space has seen her implementing the innovation frameworks, which in turn informed the development of Innovation Strategies and Blueprint within the Municipal context.
