Buhle Mbele

Buhle Mbele a vibrant and energetic young South African professional. Having worked across different corporate sectors she has built a wealth of knowledge in recruitment and talent management.

She currently leads the Gauteng Audit Graduate Recruitment programme for a Global Audit Firm that provides bursaries and training contracts to young top talent that want to build their career towards a Chartered Accountant Qualification.

Buhle has used her work life experience to ignite other young people’s fire, “let me be your cheerleader” she stated cheerfully! One of Buhle’s many personal goals is to contribute in changing the narrative story of an African girl child. She believes that if corporate organisations as well as other sectors had to invest in education and the development of the youth, that that would lead to a thriving economy that speaks to all sectors that will enrich the country. “My effervescent passion and vast experience in the recruitment sphere are key ingredients and inspiration in me wanting to empower young women.” she mentioned wholeheartedly.
