Callixte Nyilindikwe
As Head of Business Banking, Mr Callixte NYILINDEKWE is responsible for the quality and growth of banks SME portfolio.
He joined I&M Bank (Rwanda) Ltd in 2002, with prior experience in banking (Bank of Kigali: 1998-2002), in UN Projects (UNDP Rwanda: 1996-1998) and in insurance (SORAS: 1993 – 1996). His focus is SME Banking for over 10 years: deals structuring, products development and SME policy set up. Prior to SME banking, Callixte Nyilindikwe has been extensively involved in bank back office operations and bank network as branch manager. He has a strong customer focus and his experience gives to him a profound knowledge of the Rwanda market.
He holds an MBA from The University of Eastern Africa Baraton Management and a Bachelor Degree in Management in 1993 from National University of Rwanda (NUR). Callixte is a certified Credit Analyst by OMEGA Performance UK.
