Caroline Theodosiou
Caroline is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in Johannesburg.
She specialises in insurance law and financial lines. She focuses on a number of areas including directors and officers, bankers blanket bond, professional indemnity, construction and engineering, general and product liability, and cyber.
Caroline has represented clients in the local and international insurance markets. She has published a number of articles on topics within her field of interest.
Caroline holds a BComm and LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and an LLM in Insurance law from UNISA. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1999.
Caroline commenced her career at a niche insurance litigation practice. She spent a short time in the insurance sector and thereafter joined a leading law firm as a senior associate and was promoted to partner in 2011. Caroline joined us as a director in 2015. She is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Province and is a committee member of the Maritime Law Association of South Africa.
